Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

A building, its plant and equipment represent a major investment and those assets need to be properly maintained to operate efficiently. A well-maintained building provides landlords and occupants with a safe and productive work environment while creating lasting value.

Maxwell Stewart provides Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) which is a schedule of planned maintenance operations aimed at the prevention of breakdowns and failures. The primary goal of our PPM is to prevent the failure of equipment before it actually occurs.

Our services are designed to preserve and enhance equipment reliability by replacing worn components before they actually fail, which includes: equipment checks, partial or complete overhauls at specified periods, oil changes, filter changes, lubrication etc.

In addition, our engineers record equipment deterioration so they know to replace or repair worn parts before they cause system failure. It is the most cost effective way of extending the lifecycle of existing machinery. Our PPM greatly reduces call out costs and labour fees, causes less disruption and is a much better alternative to risking a potentially damaging breakdown of equipment.
