From its Hertfordshire base, Maxwell Stewart offers

In recognition of the company's achievements

Maxwell Stewart was the H&V News Building Services Contractor
of the Year.

H&V News Award
A company described as displaying modern clear thinking by the judges
was a deserving winner of this category. They liked Maxwell Stewart's
commitment to communication, its 9001 & 9002 accreditations
and, in particular, a 25 per cent increase in workforce numbers.
Its willingness to develop IT and cultivate website and marketing
strategies all received enthusiastic praise. A key plank in its
success was its insistence upon sub-contractor training and competence.
"This is a company that is going along the right lines, it's
positive and has achieved things," one judge observed. Its
winning of the H&V News Contractor of the Year is a recognition
of that fact. .
