The applicant should be well presented and be able to converse directly to our clients. The applicant would need to have a good understanding of all building services in general as well as good knowlage/experiance within their specialist field. Maxwell Stewart are a building services company, therefore the applicant will be required to undertake both maintenance and reactive works (call outs etc).

Area: South East, 80-90% of work to be City / West end of London.
Hours of work: 0800-1700.
Salary: £30-32k (depending on experience) + O/T @ x 1.4 hourly rate.
Travel: Company car / van (depending on preference).
Mobile PDA supplied.
Pension: Stakeholder pension offered.
Uniform: supplied
Training: where necessary

The candidate should have experience in servicing / trouble shooting and repairing the following types of systems:

Large domestic.
Medium forced draft equipment.

Please note that the successful applicant will be responsible for getting themselves to their place of work (we do not pay travel time).

VRV & VRF units.
Water chillers (both air and water cooled)

Multi-Skilled Engineer required to carry out routine servicing and maintenance of City based sites all within walking distance/local transport. Candidates must be highly motivated and team players. In return we offer an attractive salary, travelling expenses and full benefits package.
